Dear Sarah, My dad had bone cancer from viewing an atomic bomb test. He was 'supposed to die' before I was born, given no hope of surviving. His love of life (and me, born 'in time', and my two younger brothers) carried him forward, living 26 more years. [It wasn't even the cancer that killed him, it was his smoking.] I always called myself 'the daughter of a miracle'. You are A MIRACLE too. *Love, Denise*
